Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to manage our warehouse operations effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of inventory management and order fulfillment that our customers expect.

• Oversee and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Handle loading and unloading of deliveries using warehouse machinery.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized according to safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and update inventory management software.
• Support other warehouse activities as needed to meet team goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse role, particularly in a plumbing, heating, or HVAC context is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and manage physically demanding tasks.
• Forklift certification or willingness to undergo training.
• Proficient with PC and experience using inventory management software.
